Our standard warranty is 6 months or 500 hours, whichever expires first. Only for the undercarriage items warranty is valid for one year or 1800 hours against breakage and oil leakage , whichever expires first.

GENUINE part is the part supplied by the manufacturer of equipment.

OEM part is the same part supplied to the manufacturer. For example, your car is using Bosch branded injectors. It means that BOSCH is the OEM supplier of your car maker.

AFTERMARKET  is the part doesn’t belong  above categories. Aftermarket parts vary in quality, we choose the best quality aftermarket parts for our customers, thanks to 40 years business experience in this field.

If available in stocks,  8-12 days by air and 20-25 days by truck.

We recommend you to get a copy of the parts book. For Komatsu, Hitachi and Caterpillar we can help you to identify the part number if you can supply us the ID Plate of machine and engine.
